Build in flute
1 ounce Giffard creme de Pamplemousse Rose
1 ounce Reyka Vodka
1 dash Betty's grapefruit tincture
1 dash Angostura bitters
top sparkling wine

The garnish MAKES this drink. The surprising combination of fresh pink grapefruit, Spaulding's Calabrian Chile Sugar, and Deavas Belgian Thins adds innumerable layers of flavor.

1.5 ounces Xicaru Mezcal
1.5 ounces Glenmorangie Nector D'or
1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
.5 ounce Betty's turkish fig cordial
1-2 dashes Betty's habanero tincture
Stir. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish fresh pink grapefruit dusted with SSS Calabrian Chile Sugar and serve with chocolate pieces.

4 heaping barspoons Betty Cocktail's #hashtagblessed marmalade
1/4 red bell pepper (muddled)
3-4 dashes Betty's habanero tincture

When champagne meets sugar be prepared for an explosive result! Pour the champagne slowly so it doesn't overflow.

Champagne Cocktail
build in champagne flute
add sugar cube
soak the cube with 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
top with champagne
garnish with lemon twist
*Some recipes call for Cognac. This should be added after the bitters and before the champagne.

.75 lime juice
.75 simple syrup
2-3 drops saline (1:10)
Shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish lime wheel (and edible flower if desired).

2 ounces Pyrat Rum
.5 cup fresh cooked pumpkin
Shake. Strain into martini glass.
Gently place several spoonfuls freshly emulsified (blended) Betty's Balsam & Clove Coconut Cream atop half of cocktail. Sprinkle Spaulding Specialty Spices Pumpkin Pie Spice between pumpkin and cream.
