The "messy" dump of this cocktail lets all the yummy bits of fresh produce work their way into your drink. The flavors get more intense the longer the drink sits. And, bonus, you can eat your veggies after your done. So healthy, it's practically a salad!
Skinny Spicy 2 ounces tequila 1 ounce fresh lime juice .75 ounce agave syrup (1:1) "handful" ~quarter cup of finely chopped cucumber, green apple, red pepper 2-3 droppers Thai chili tincture
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for a little longer than you normally would. Dump the entire contents into a chili salt rimmed glass.
To garnish, diagonally slice a cucumber and dip it in chili salt.
Apple Ginger Smash 2 ounces bourbon .75 ounce fresh pressed lemon juice .5 ounce Domaine de Canton .5 ounce Beretzen Apple Liqueur 5-8 fresh mint leaves Shake all ingredients. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish apple wedge and mint sprig.
