We definitely enjoyed poking fun at New York, buy riffing the classic New York Sour and calling it a Fault Line Sour. And of course, on game 1, we "smoked" big red apples. All in good fun, of course!

to riff: egg white - without ice, in shaker tin, add first 3 ingredients plus egg white; shake vigorously. Then add ice and shake again. Pour into a glass and top with .5 ounces of red wine. bell pepper - overnight, infuse 2-3 quartered bell peppers with a mixture of 2 parts whisky, 1 part lemon juice, and 1 part simple syrup. After infusion is complete, shake 3 ounces with about 10-15 pieces of diced bell pepper and dump entire contents into glass. Garnish with sliced baby bell peppers.
Baby Blue Sundays are fun inspiration to incorporate Balcones Baby Blue while the rangers rock their Baby Blues. And this sangria turned out to be a huge hit!
BB Sangria In 3 liter vessel - 12 ounces of blueberries - muddled 3 oranges - crushed 1 grapefruit - crushed 1 apple - quartered 5.5 ounces white grapefruit juice 5.5 ounces lemon juice 5.5 ounces orange liqueur 11 ounces Balcones Baby Blue 1 bottle white wine (we used a crisp chardonnay, but any white will do) ** Allow to marry overnight (12 or more hours) Fine strain if desired (we preferred the pulp of the blueberries and citrus). Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with orange wheel & blueberries.
Notorious for their trash can cheating allegations, it was only natural that we garnished our cocktail with a cheeky trash inspired citrus medley! Sustainability and good old fashioned "trash" talking in one cocktail! Now that's what I call a home run!

Pineapple Julep 2 ounces Balcones Pot Still .25 ounce lemon juice .25 ounce brown sugar turbinado 2 ounces pineapple juice Shake vigorously. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar.
